Meaning I would definitely love a sequel, and I wouldn't mind paying one or two dollars to play the sequel (if you make one), as long as the standards you have set here are at the very lest kept to, if not pushed forward due to a (possibly) larger budget. Meaning I would LOVE to see a longer game with a larger story, better level design (having enemies hiding right behind a wall is EXTREMELY annoying) and more, larger, pilotable ships. Possibly even a fleet to command would be nice.
Thank you.
My only gripe with this game is the second last map (the ice one with the thin walls) is... buggy at times with it's layout, sometimes I would get stuck in a wall, and I'd have to restart the level, rather annoying.
Otherwise, it's a great game that (explores?) a philosophy that has made me think. This philosophy conveys an excellent message making the main gripes I had about this game fade, mixed with an excellent story this is a game I wouldn't mind having to pay one or two dollars for, as long as the level-design was better (I don't mean about the background image vs foreground image, those are fine and the cheapness of it gave me a laugh, but I quickly discarded thoughts about that. what I mean is how the level is layed out, where the enemies come onto screen, oh and a larger enemy variety would be better (djinni/efreet type enemies? of course not the djinni/efreet themselves, but drones tailored to them and art styles tailored to them would be nice).
This game is easy, the start of the game is always the most challenging for me with my strat, as my strat relies on rturrets to defend my guy (in numbers over 2, they can against aircraft, ground units will deal some damage before they go down though), and the other units (a walker & a shield mainly) to take up the enemy's time. Heaps of fun trying out new units & strats!
hold these keys: Space Bar & Left Mouse Button
Those two allow you to send a continuous stream as long as you continue to hold them.
Thumbs up so others know.

Now I don't mind developers trying to pay the rent and feed their families. But I feel that this developer could go about it in a better way, or release a game that is a lot larger to encourage people to go ahead and buy extra content that is not even needed (fun content).
@Stormsinger developers shouldn't force people to buy extra content that SHOULD be available ingame, the dev should instead make money through ads (people click on them, or through forcing them to view the ad every time the game starts). Cheating the advertisers? that isn't what happens, the advertisers ask you (or you ask them) to allow their ad onto your game, in return, they pay you some money. It's called business.
If this guy wanted to be paid making small flash games that could be passed in an hour or two, he (or she actually) should get paid through ads and/or people donating money to them. That is how it has been for quite a long time, and most, if not some of the people playing casual games are afraid of changes like this.
press p when your on the pause screen to unpause. DUH! Great game, but you should allow an upgrade to speed up your recharge rate (maybe change it to having power stations and you buy more to upgrade how quickly it goes in, and have a super-sized battery and you buy larger sizes for that to signal that your upgrading how much energy you have, and then fortifications for health?
The training shirt is useless, it's basically a shirt that you can wear that only weighs 10kgs...
It weighs 20kgs but gives +1 strength, one point in strength boosts your max carry weight by 10kgs.
The only other downside I have seen in this game atm is how long it takes to earn money, you'd have to play for an hour just to build up enough money for some decent weapons! let alone the beasts available to you so early on in the game.
My suggestion: Move a lot of those beastly weapons to vendors that you can only get to later on in the game, and make the more expensive weapons for the area able to tear apart the enemies, and don't put in pointless items (one of them is above, the training shirt).
@KardainiaGames WebCypher only needs to add in the word up inbetween yourself and with to fix it, and people, if their are errors within a game, point them out but don't be immature about them, not that im naming anyone.
@123man4 it takes a month or two to create a game like this, maybe a couple weeks if they worked hard, so they really couldn't have taken the idea from snail bob which was made a week ago, they mightn't taken a small idea from snail bob, but I highly doubt that most of it was taken from snail bob (they probably planned out most of what you see in the game, and then made changes as they found out that some things didn't fit). I know this because I have made a game - that is not on the internet - and I DO know that it takes a lot of time to get an excellent game together quickly, also depends on the game making program they used.
5/5 for an excellent albiet short game.
in the all achievements, there is the bird achievements, and when hovering over it with your mouse it sais: You should take XXXXXXX birds
change it to, you should kill XXXXXXXX birds with the X's being replaced with the appropriate numbers...
super fun, the impossible levels were harder, which is great to hear but the final level is possible! just very hard, keep firing where the baby will appear to be hit even if ur car is over-flowing, spamming them health-packs that you can use with the x/c keys and the space-bar doom thingy (that isn't too good imo) i finally dropped him, but I did go do survival for a few minutes to earn 100k or so for those x/c health packs =)
very fun and challenging for the impossible level, I applaud you.
5/5 for doing exactly what it's meant to do, it kept me entertained for a few hours.
when you repair your ice cream truck, if you click on the 5hp $50 repair button, it sais $10 when it's $50 after the first click, making it seem as if the repairs after the first 5hp repair are worth it more, stick with $10 or $50 in the text, and stick by what the text sais, or vice-versa.
otherwise, good game.
Yeah, Im agreeing with Andreas, and also, do you naturally regenerate? because if not then that's another thing to add to it. (haven't really looked at my health in the lower levels lolz)
