how do you get Too Much Contra? all others like the jmtb02 code works but Contra doesnt. Please help :)

I got a(n) B on medium! My score was 212566 with a max combo of 16. I scored 26 perfects, 19 greats, and 8 goods. I got only 1 bads and 15 misses! I was playing on 3.3 speed and had 3 crazy options on. Damn no GUI makes it rly hard :(
