I feel this is like a facebook game. Not to say it's a bad thing, but this game has buy-able contents and an Allies concept.
My "Dear" Boss

Simple gameplay, yet entertaining results. Though I do not really understand how to handle the protestor, constructions and ex-employees. They don't seem to affect the boss' speed most of the time, regardless of where the bar is at.
