I need help the hospital has been glitching so I can't do the sub upgrades and I can select it when I am on the mission screen also the camera controls in mission 3 part 3 where really sensitive so I could't play the mission please help Cliffhanger

Chances are you were trying to play abilities when you had no energy by hitting back/clicking repeatedly/etc.
