You mean on the loading screen - if so can you try refreshing?
If it still doesn't for you, I'd very much appreciate if you could open up developer console (F12) and try to load the game and see if any errors pop up as you click to continue.
Just finished the game. Once you have all the upgrades, don't waste time fighting every enemy on level 3. Just fight until you get the key and find the door. Skip any fight you can.
I liked this game and it would be nice to see more. Perhaps some more levels and some story.
Followed the advice of GustOfTheWind, and got the badge in about 10 minutes. This was after about 5 hours of grinding before.

If you want the easy badge quick, just do only bombers and miners and you should be done within 5 minutes. Getting 75 is easy with everything but homers maxed, and maxing the homers will get you both the third badge and the height badge. It doesn't take 15 minutes to get all 4 badges if you do it in the right order.
