grrrr!! Cant get to the game.. to load. it stcuk..

Why is it i cant play.... it stock on 90 percent.. and then when its done.. im only a spectator even if i choose a USEC or BEar... help pls .. i know this game is good.. :( NEED HELP. #PROBLEM
