"teleport" function of assassin card hero should be left to choice of the player. when you summon an assassin to block or contrast an opponent mostly the assassin prefers to teleport instead of fighting and you're exposed to be attacked

in tavern should be shown summonable hero card issues before you decide to hire the hero (by hovering over with mouse for example)
