Unless I'm missing another one somewhere, if you open the chest at Giant Falls early, you can't complete the mission (26) later in the game.

Decent game. Just goes to show that you don't need super-impressive graphics, as long as your gameplay is solid. Also, triple-shot maxed frag-grenades. Don't even bother with anything else.
