Unless I'm missing another one somewhere, if you open the chest at Giant Falls early, you can't complete the mission (26) later in the game.

Stage 12 - "A Boss is Approaching!" Are you sure, because it's been 20 minutes since you've said that, and still no boss.

WAY too much tedious grinding compared to the others in the series.

Decent game. Just goes to show that you don't need super-impressive graphics, as long as your gameplay is solid. Also, triple-shot maxed frag-grenades. Don't even bother with anything else.
