I've been banned permanently for sending 5 messages fast in chat, and I didn't intend to spam(I realized I was doing it) 5 Messages because I tend to send messages in ideas, or fragments of a sentence. I still don't feel this is correct judgement, but warning to all other people. If you say one swear word you will be punished, and not lightly. I didn't receive a warning, just a ban.
