This game could be awesome if developed properly.
Don't make it too slow, because it will be boring, and people will leave.
Some cool end game content would be good too, this reincarnate stuff good idea, but should have a limit, because players can get very big advantages.
Some kind of trading system would be nice too, exchange crafted items for silver,resources.
The most important, don't let the players to make a lot more easier with gold, there is a lot of way to earn money, and still let the less fortunate players to be good.
Another thing is how much a player can ruin another player. If too much, newbies will quit immediately after a big attack, if to low there is no point in competition.
And fix the bugs, very annoying. And try to make the game faster. I tried three browsers, but none of them could handle the game properly.
