5 floors of pres. suits should be accompanied by a pool, restaurant and cinema. Your best call is to have elevator shafts as far to the outside as possible. A single beauty shop per 15 levels is enough to suite the needs of your customers. Also two internet area and max 2 arcade in the entire hotel.
Smart is to have levels of entertainment/ service parts. You will need 1 engineer per each 4 units of entertainment/ service areas.

Having multiple receptions (always at the lowest floor) is needed lateron. Guest will automatically spread out.

You want to have at least 35% suites and 10% pres. suites lateron. Destroying isn't costly, but makes you more money for better placement/ more efficient usage of the space.
Expanding is needed. It will be worth your while if you use the entire new column to build suites. Keeping a bit of normal rooms is however adviced.

Do give note to the customer feedback. Not always you need to build right what they want, but you might need to relocate an area and/ or get more waiters/ engineers/ maids working.

Never let elevators service more then 6 levels. You won't have guests complaining then. Use spacious elevators at the lowest 15 levels. Build them at both sides of your hotel and as far on the sides as possible. Guests will only scarcely complain with little effect, and only later in the game, when it becomes quite crowded at the bottom.

You only need cafe in vincinity of small rooms. Max 2 in the entire hotel. You can have more then one waiter at a single cafe/ open air/ restaurant. That reduces waiting time. No more then one open air cafe and one restaurant on the lower 30 floors is adviced.

You should have at least one maid per level of your hotel. With suites/ pres. suites you might increase it to 1.5 (so per 2 level 3 maids) They will seek their own routing. If you find places dirty, yust drop in another maid (or 3).
