Did the math, it takes 95 coins in a row without breaking the combo to get just over 100K. Of course, if you get close enough and get hit you can keep playing and still get the rest without that high of a combo.
UPDATE: This doesn't account for perfect level bonuses or increased coin value as you go, so it actually will take a bit less than a 95 combo to reach 100K.
