The I'm unable to move my worm using the controls. did anyone else have this problem?

On the high level there are two differences that can't be clicked on and the fourth is one i just can't find. I even spent the time systematically clicking the entire screen and didn't find the final difference. The rest of the game that i've seen so far is good though.
