The game that put the "treasure" in "buried treasure week", freaking fantastic, specially feels so because the intro doesn't give you many expectations...
Manliest fairy game ever!
Have played better games with the same idea... and it feels a bit unfair to start popping up the new dogs when you still can't eat them but still look big enough to maybe do so...
I didn't hate the music that much, on the upside...
Can't see why everyone hates this game so much, it's a pretty good platformer with fun animation, a fresh 3d twist and a lot of effort probably went into it...
Only problem with it is... games like this are sometimes more frustrating than enjoyable...
It's a fun game, but there doesn't seem to be much to it. Beating it once is enough, as there are no extras, no different levels and it's almost a guarantee that every play through is bound to be the same.
Fun game, but the boss dialogue was preachy and bothersome towards the end... didn't need a THOUSAND interruptions while trying to climb a completely empty tower... exposition ends up feelings like a futile waste of time... 4/5
A buggy game of substandard value, at least when it comes to Survival mode, the only one I dared bore my brains off with. Typing games were supposed to make typing fun... this game is neither fun, nor helpful as typing practice and not even proper, as there are dubious words thrown here and there...
Asides from the ending, a nice mix of humor and gameplay that messes with your mind... simple and gets complex bit by bit, and thanks for the save points, if not this would have been a very irritating game...
If games were randomly generated instead of pre-set, it could definitely be a timewaster to come back to...
At first I thought "Great, just another dodge game"... however, the power-ups, the two play modes and the change in the direction of the lasers make the game have more replayability than other dodge games... Definitely feels like an improvement, even if the ragdoll feels a bit harder to control. Playing with the mouse was great though. : )
Had fun, but then the game froze up in a really advanced game and I lost all my progress... in definite need of a save feature... tutorial is a bit slow... nice that it can be skipped though...
A 3 stars game with the sould of 4, even the story and multiple choice was compelling... if there is a refined sequel I'd be interested...
4/5 because it left me wanting more... which is not a bad thing, it's just that it felt it was over too quick... However, the puzzles are fun, the gameplay is interesting and well thought of and it has A LOT of effort put into it, both the video, the games and the whole use of them... Was that a Pandora Box reference? Awesome...
So, ever since I entered Kong, I've been trying desperately to get the hard badge... I focus, I do my best, I caffeinize myself and never do over 250... one day, I'm playing, the phone rings, I pick up and continue playing with the other hand... BAM! 508...
Either I gotta take my girlfriend for dinner or this game's strategy is dumb luck...
Either way, it's a fun game... : )
I don't think indestructibility has ever been this fun... Awesome game, deserves all five stars for gameplay, but the story and voice acting was a bit low grade for my taste...
I do admit that making a decent story for a game with an indestructable tank that bounces around is hard... I wonder why Dirk Danger never got nauseous...
Oh, I forgot to say, I still had the level 3 bug... thankfully found out that if I tried to re-enter the objective mode, I could start from level 3, and this time I didn't have the bug happen. Thanks for letting us start from the last level completed, would have been a pain to have died at level 12. : )
A flawed game with good controls, quite a pity. I played objective mode for the badge and after I got it I could hardly find reasons to come back to the game.
There are fun levels, but the time survival levels are a pain: I never was in true danger in them and they just took too long to complete. I don't know if it's just me, but the "five" and "ten" minutes seemed to be more: I had a CD playing and it played two five minutes songs during the "five minutes" level... Needless to say, the last level were the longest "10 minutes" of my life...
I did like the controls and the speed of the game, the physics and the levels with traps. I would definitely consider playing an enhanced sequel, maybe with more traps in the arena... and better survival levels...
