I think that 1 acid pixel should destroy 1 only other pixel, that is, every time a acid pixel touches a other pixel (that is not an acid one or block), both should disappear.

Pick up the guy with scar, he is shorter, thus, harder to get shoot.

A question: why did I got shot in the head when my first enemy made his first shot?
