Can someone help me with this "Autentication failed" thing? It happens a lot and i always lost my energy but don't get full fitness points (for passing training) , or if i finish challenge it's not saved ...it's rly annoying , thank you :P
Hi Krayo- try pressign CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE whilst in your browser window, and then selecting clear Cache and Cookies. Shut the window once complete, reopen and try logging back in to Kongregate again. We know that there are a small number of users for whom the error persists, but most people can continue after performing this step. If the issue continues, please report the problem to us via help@werinteractive.com making sure you write down your Kongregate user ID and description of the problem in the email. Thanks
