Normally i might agree with the "pay to win" comment because that's pretty much what it is... but at the same time, the x3, x6, x9, etc. are relatively negligible and there isn't any competition here... so there's no real "winning"...
I actually agree too! I HATE pay-to-win - it's a diseased design choice. However - given the solo nature of the game, and the fact that the boost is subtle, we felt it was alright to offer it. (I hate all the "buy turns to play" or "buy actions" to take moves. AdCap is just about profits, and how fast you earn them.)
