Loved this game - great visual design. Only thing that irks me is the message you get when you buy the Irish upgrade - it sounds Geordie , rather than Irish in any way.

Good atmosphere, but I think you ought to get a native English speaker to go over your writing. :)

Hi. I have finished the next part of Abandoned. It's not Abandoned 2, but spin-off. Some bridge between 1st and 2nd part. Hope you'll like it. http://www.kongregate.com/games/krutovigor/abandoned-the-cube-chambers/

Great visual design and a cool premise, but the gameplay itself is kinda bullshit. The achievement pop-ups are distracting, the obstacles are often difficult to notice (especially low-hanging branches) and you have to use trial and error just to figure out how to get past some of them. Like, how is anyone meant to know that they need to jump over hoplites, especially when they've been taught to kill farmers with space? Also, why are the hoplites from Sparta? They have Lambda symbols on their shields, which indicates they're from Lacedaemon - aka Sparta - but the story takes place in Athens/Attica.

This is a really fun, original game! I think there some ways it could be improved, though I'm not sure if they're easy to implement. If there was some way to alter the terrain - raising it to make walls, and lowing it to make basins - that would add a lot of potential strategy. Make walls to defend your base, or pillars to put your guns or relays out of reach. Making basins would let you channel the creeper away from your base, or make it so that it has to fill in a big depression before it can flow into your base. You could make the Creeper more difficult by adding "floods" - periods during which the Creeper is produced faster, and maybe flows more quickly too. Combining this with the idea above, you could have it so the Creeper erodes the land so that walls in its way will eventually be destroyed. Also, it'd be cool if you had the option to continue playing/watching after you rescue Odin City, just to see how long your defence network manages to hold out without it!

This was short, rather confusing, and not really fun, I'm afraid. The note at the end about civilian casualties in World War II seemed very out of place too.

This game is ridiculously easy and not at all complex. Most of the powers are totally superfluous - you could use then to attack your foes, but if you just start making large areas of flat land then your population will grow so large that you'll just be able to take them over directly. If you can be bothered to make a hero then you've basically won already. I like some of the mechanics, and the look and feel of the game, but it needs more actual gameplay.

To beat the giant robot, wait until he is underneath the giant door, and then use the switch that closes the door.

Good gameplay, but it needs to be longer, and I'd like it if the story was fleshed out more. I mean, the story is essentially "We are being attacked by a non-descript enemy for no given reason! Help us defeat them, random guy who is presumably a mercenary!".
