I'm a bit disappointed with how the vampires were downgraded. I'm not saying it was unwarranted, because the old vampires were plain broken. It's just disappointing when you get your hopes up on something specific, only to find out that it isn't what you were expecting.
So, I just tried out the druid bloodline for a mana boost with druids on R25. Hoping to increase spell casts with research added, right? Turns out, it gets way out of hand really fast. By the time I had finished setting everything up, my m/s was roughly 2k. By the end of the 5th hour, 9k. Seriously, that's some ridiculously awesome mana gain!
So, a few weeks back, I rejoined this game after a long hiatus. Upon coming back, I discovered that I missed so many fun events. But then I realized that this month is (hopefully) going to have the monster event. So now I'm just sitting here and happily waiting for overpowered vampire nonsense while going through my daily life.
I didn't even realize how large my production was during the event, until it was over. Now, I wish it was back. Oh well, there's always next Christmas!
Well, I finally found the perfect team to beat the entire game with. This includes all the sidequests and the after-story missions. It's as easy as a max trained Blazern, Grimrave, Argale, and Warco.
I like these events. I really do! I just wish the wait time for a full pack was 10 hours instead of 8, so that I could get a full night of sleep during these events.
I'd like to rectify my earlier statement on how OP the mutations are. Everything I said still stands, except for the bats, which you need 2K of for over six hours of production.
I really enjoy how OP the mutations really are. For example: with just a few hundred bats and a few billion warp mutations, I can use swarmwarp for over six HOURS of production each. Couple that with exactly 40M lepidoptera mutations and 5K of the little things, and you can easily do over a month's worth of producing in about 10-15 minutes every morning! And that's just one use!
I reincarnated 5 times this week, thanks to the vampires. Probably would have done more, but I took the time to try getting Stoic Resistance at R8. I almost did too, but I got impatient.
I really like the vampire lord ability, since it allows me to use FIVE DIFFERENT BLOODLINES AT ONCE!
It makes me wish that we could keep our pets after the event, even if they were only a memento and had no power, simply because of the good memories they gave me
