I've had no problems with level 8 - the guppies managed to get the pods out quickly before they got flooded. I'm stuck on number 9, though, since I end up with the electrocreepermagnet pulling or pushing the creeper towards my defenses, which wrecks my energy gen...

Brotip for the barbarian levels on Night mode: you get a brief circle of vision after destroying the pillars. If you're quick, you can get towers in otherwise inaccessible locations.
Eh. On the one hand, the gameplay is decent, but it could really do with some New Game+ kind of factor. Having to restart from fresh after every dungeon feels like something of a letdown, and there isn't as much progression as in similar games. I'm not asking for something massive like Den of Monsters dungeons that take forever, but some kind of reward for completing, other than trophies, would make it a longer-lasting game. Reserving rating for now.
...I just lost the Cursed Blade because Mardek didn't have any space in his inventory. Nice going, Ky. (Also I really wish there was some way of getting unique items like that if you failed to get them from chests. Like going there and picking them up again...)
@Enerael Yeah, Requiem basically turns all undead into walking XP bombs. I used to think that Elwyen was really lame the last time I played this game, but given I gave up after messing up the water temple up with Zach and the 'mancers in tow, I didn't really give her much of a chance to shine :P
Cover the entire map with mortars and blasters, then realise you're 20 seconds short of an hour and get flooded before you can put the last two relays in. Derrrrp.
Wouldn't it be nice if you could customize the little guy and personalize his clothes and sword (at least aesthetically)? It would be kinda cool to have a miniature Ichigo Kurosaki swinging Zangetsu at glooples... and then getting swatted by a Grinder. :P
