for level 4 just sit back and take out every thing they send at u with the rocket and mortar trucks and block all the open areas with ur tanks and when there isnt any units to attack hit the barricades to make moving faster and just kill all the units to win easy as that
game does get boring after a while only reason i go on is to talk to ppl but its pretty good for a free game in stead of blowing away 15 bucks to play WOW aka (loony toons)
to beat the queen just get a mini gun max the power but like 3 grand ammo and 20 grenades and max out either the sniper or grenade launcher and use that till your mini gun cooled down
