l been getting try again in 15 minutes for last 12 or so hours. wtf?

why dont they offer the emable/install window to play this site is pissing me off

l dont even get a enable/install window to click on

and what are those called please,.

can anyone tell me how to use the powerups in the lower left hand corner? l have 35 of them and l cant figure out how to use. its the one that shows the topspin on the cue ball.
