Man, there are a lot of harsh comments on this game. I think the concept is great, and the potential is immense! I haven't hit any extremely long upgrade times, and maybe that will ruin it for me, but the concept behind this is great. Once you iron out the execution and eliminate a lot of the pay-to-play features you should get a lot more interest!
I get that you want games to be difficult, but this is getting ridiculous when I run the same character over and over again 20 times and cant get past floor 10.
I love the subtle things....like if you dont save Ellie in the maintenance vent, you hear a bit more of the guard's conversation because of the time that you saved.
I'm not sure if this is intentional, but I have about 2 trillion Angel Investors, and my progression seems a lot lot lot slower than the first version of this game. If this is intentional: that's too bad, because it seems to have lost some of its appeal.
It appears that the lag primarily exists when leaving the x100 and x10 buttons on. When I've been leaving the x1 button on it doesn't lag for me at all.
This newer version definitely feels more buggy to me. Half the time I click on an upgrade button it doesn't register. The menus take longer to load and aren't as smooth. Hope you guys get this stuff worked out, or at least give us the option to going back to the older version. Thanks!
As with all Idle games, I love to over analyze as many aspects as I can. It would be great to have details such as...How much money do you have to earn to obtain an Angel Investor? What are the earnings per second for each business? (this seems a hot topic in just about every other comment out there) What is the percentage increase in earnings going to be if I upgrade a business?
This is part of our upcoming re-write - we actually realized we weren't collecting and storing as much data as we wanted, so our re-write will allow us to offer our Math-a-ma-capitalists the numbers they're jonesing for.
leveling up each skill as it becomes available is unnecessary. It is financially more efficient to level up "batches" of skills, bypassing the lower cost levels for each skill point.
It is difficult to get a good idea of what your average DPS is...it would be nice it the running average would reset itself every 10 or so seconds, as opposed to reseting many times a second.
I did it...it only took me 1 hour and I beat survival mode :) I feel I've accomplished so much. Even after 999,999 I still loved lobbing a handful of grenades and firing a huge eye-ball laser at the bad guy! Great job!
I would like to see the arrows for prices fixed, the arrows should intuitively reflect higher prices (up arrow) and lower prices (down arrow)...but this is opposite in the game.
