The tutorial could be explained better. You don't scroll with a mouse, you hold the left mouse button and then slide horizontally to the left or right, depending on if you want to decrease or increase the number. Jeez... Not intuitive way of handling things, but explained even worse.
How on earth do you get the controls to work? If I scroll, it just controls the browser window and not the puzzle. Nothing seems to work, leaving me a frustrated wannabe player.
I miss an overview of your own skill points without any boosts. You're basically spending points on the lowest stat, without knowing what your worsed stat is. Also, you cannot zoom in, which makes for some intense moments of peaking through squinted eyes to discern the colours of the health bars of your opponents. The selection of the target is sometimes tricky and could be greatly improved. Other than that, nice game.
Had already awarded it a 4 star rating. Oksana's ridiculous reasons for joining the monks and that whole scene in general just earned the game the fifth star. Good humour.
Really a great game, congratulations! However, there should be a way to defend against those space locusts more easily. If there's a wave of them and you cannot destroy the first one or two successfully, your biomass gets depleted to the point of defencelessness. If your ships need to launch from headquarters the whole time, you are often too slow after a while to really counteract. Why not allow for your ships to be stationed at the targeted planets, or develop locust buster bombs, etc. Very irritating to be overrun without really being able to do something about it.
This game is amazing. Even after getting the achievements, I keep playing it purely for the joy of it. Something many other games on Kongregate won't result into.
Sooo... 'Flight'... We meet again! What with the inevitable badges coming a bit too late again and me having already finished you as a game. I've grown older - by some days, you still didn't grow a menu button.
Not a bad trial version, although I doubt it is meant as a trial. It does freeze up sometimes, especially at the start of each level. The time froze in my case, so I wasn't too unhappy. The time is too limited in my opninion, since sometimes the tiles have to come from far away. Maybe you should do something to make the whole column or row slide along? It does need some work, that's true. Not too bad a game, though.
After a few games and lots of frustration, I decided to just go with aloe111's advice. Worked like a charm. What looked like a fun game is now revealed to be very simple and no fun at all. You can only seem to win in one way, not different and only then you can beat the almighty opponent. Debilitating and insulting. The maker can expect low grading from me.
Ok, if I wanted to be moralised to bits, I'ld watch a friggin' Disney movie. Still, the message is - of course - good and well meant. However, the game was a bit slow and quite simple. Not so much of a challenge to manage to finish it as it was enduring it. Ah, well, another challenge in the pocket.
I wish everyone a terrific night tomorrow with the person that matters the most to them. Peace out!
Mental note to developers... If you're going to use the keyboard, more specifically keys like, I don't know... Z, W, Q, A, etc., you should ALSO be adding the possibility to change controls! Not everyone is using the same keyboard! Some combinations make my fingers cross themselves twelve times over. I'm nimble, but not that much. Thanks!
They indeed should. Although I found the scrolling speed of the window/map too low and also the allround pace of the game should be faster. Nice game, though, and quite enjoyable.
Not really my cup of tea. I played 'Robo Rally' a couple of times with some hardcore fans and it pissed me off on the genre ever since. Decent game, however.
