Yeah needa quality selector, its a great game, but sadly its unplayable for me at a certain point, those super monkeys, planes and aircraft carriers are killers.
Great game, played through twice and got premium content. A little easy once you figure out proper skill allocation, and the puzzles are really easy but still entertaining. A small piece of advice, just make it so you can scan bot in the adventure map, all it does it wastes time having to do it in battle. I havnt played ebf3 and I cant because I hate the WASD only controls, id play it if it had mouse controls.
This game is FLAWED. Rather then just having one level which you slowly chip away at it needs to be broken up into levels, and only once you complete a level do you get upgrade points. I don't want to be watching the same script play out for hours to win. It doesn't matter if I use my gold wisely or not, I can eventually afford all the upgrades, so it doesn't matter what I get, THERES NO THINKING AT ALL. Any idiot can beat this so I don't feel the point in getting to the end, the graphics arnt THAT good...
Graphics: 4/5 Gameplay: 0/5
I liked this game overall, but I did find some flaws.
The art was pretty good. It's a very messy game with a lot of flat units all going crazy, but most of it's clean and good looking and you can read the battle good. The big pixely units are a bit unfortunate and if the towers could point where their shooting I would've had one less meh moment.
The gameplay is fun but easy. I was a bit surprised when every battle yielded a reward. I think it makes the upgrades come to easily so that your never left searching for an innovative solution to the next encounter, your just busting out your new badass monster who's gonna help you steamroll even faster. I've actually just reached my first hurdle, at the end of the extra missions its taking me more then 2 attempts finally!! Need more of these moments throughout the normal one. When I finished the first I was kinda reluctant to do all that again because I knew it'd be pretty easy.
I like the game style for this game but I dunno. I feel it was a bit lacking in depth and execution. You end up with so much candy or whatever that training resource is and money that it just becomes a mindless exercise in grinding easy as quests and training your dudes. No hard decisions about team comp either, just get 4 heroes and your good to go. Maybe you can make a King's League 2 and ramp up the difficulty. Make it so that you can actually screw up and have to restart. Maybe have different difficulty levels and more variety so that you actually have to make a good decision. The upgrades were all very easy to obtain aswel. I think they should possibly cost training points so it makes it a bit more of a difficult decision. IDK just too linear, please make a second one because I believe this is the blueprint for a very good game.
wheres the manuel I got through the first one without a walkthrough but after clicking through the game to no avail i had to check, and i still dont know where the hell it is.
Thanks for your feedbacks. Noted :)
