Really interesting concept. And yes, the game is hard, but not impossible to solve. However, I'd really really like to be awarded at the end of a level by being able to see the 3D model for the "building" of the level. I'm sure I would be quite surprised...
I think the biggest flaw to your game is that it isn't instinctive to use at all. Even if this is an alpha version, the usability should be one of your first concern, otherwise you don't release it so early. Nevertheless, it can become a very interesting game. I love the idea of water spreading.
The water spreading is just a pseudo algorithm and its way slow because I am using raycasts. Altrough I switched to a grid system and I am coding the mesh triangles right now, so I hope I can release a MUCH better version in a week or two.
