could some1 tell me how to go further in the ( i think last? ) cave when there is the golem quest? I dont get the right way -_-

I'm at lvl 23 now, but wtf, this game is hard as shit. could somebody tell me which lvl it needs to reach act 5? I'm at the main quest in act 4.
