You need to change the description or targeting of the attacks. I don't consider trade sheep as my enemy. I'd rather change targeting since those sheeps tend to stop my use of mass spells :)
About 10th try and finally won on thesis. Bases too much on luck there tho. The beam needs to attack energy and rocket towers. If it attacks base it's useless. Same goes for units when they just try to run to base instead of closer towers. Without radius they're useless for a long time. Also many times when you get upgrades for units it's already needed in front row and too late :( Otherwise very nice simple game where you need to make right assets and it was quite rewarding to actually win on thesis :D
Oh and energy towers and laser towers got their infos mixed up.
I really liked the game. Tried it briefly first, then sandbox and now playing it through. It's unfortunate to notice that the graves won't limit you that much because I was hoping for more of a struggle to survive. Now I'm stuck on a loop when all research is done and I'm only cashing in and waiting for 7 more graves to fill. Life expectancy is so long that I don't think I'll grind the game for that long. I guess I have to try the hardcore mode next.
I'd suggest having new things to do all the way to the end - and better yet, maybe have "paths" which all can't be done on one game. Maybe professions that have minor influence on income (butcher, farmer, scholar?) It would add a lot to the replayability of the game. The difficulty level on normal game is good so there's no straight right and wrong way of doing things.
Also would be nice if the small critters would make some noise. In darkest maps I suddenly only noticed my health starting to drop while trying to watch motion scanner :D
In the 3rd floor when the hacking sequence started I accidentally picked up an infocard. I got killed while the display came on and next I died 2 times from spawning next to the aliens :/
People are actually rating these games bad if it's too hard for them? I thought this was nicely a bit difficult but not too hard so you don't have to spend whole day pulling levers in right order or anything. The puzzles are more of classic and logic kinds which I preferred and the story was very nicely written and told so you had to connect the pieces about how things went. The graphics were nicely simple and let the storyline make the characters.
Only thing I had trouble was the color combination which I figured out right but it didn't give me the colors for some reason so had to check them from a walkthrough. A definate 5/5
