This game seems realistic... I just used a saw to scramble anything in his chest, I removed the lungs and then used a scalpel to get the arteries or so to remove his heart, then throws the new heart randomly, then the final results: Final blood= 458.88888888, Time: 3:52, And my score was: A++.
