If anyone needs help with the "My Precious" achievement, all you have to do is play the last level and focus completely on the boss. If any enemies show up, you'll end up killing them with the bullets you fire at the boss, and then you can quickly collect the coins and resume shooting at the boss. I got that achievement on my first try at fighting the boss.
For the first boss, right click in the left box and then click on the red button on the other side. Make sure the red button is highlighted in yellow, thats where I got confused.
