The trick with the elevators is to not build from bottom floor to top floor but to stagger them every 5 floors or so. this way they don't have to wait around so long for the elevator to go all the way to top and then back down again. i currently have about 20 floors and only using standard elevators and they're not crying about waiting around at all unlike my last hotel where i had multiple high capacity elevators and they were constantly crying. later on i may upgrade some of the lower level elevators to high capacity but seems to be fine atm
