Anyone else got the Caesar Salad joke?

CHALLENGE MODE! Try crossing a level by only pressing down and letting go and pressing it again and letting go and so on. (You move ever so slightly forward every time you press down.)

For lift-off, go through the numbers, (assuming you've found them), in reverse order, meaning 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, LIFT-OFF!!!
