I still dont know how to get souls, also I restarted the game and now my money isnt going up...
Have you rehired your bosses? (you get souls when you get a certain amount of gold. It considers the amount of gold you have ever earned, so there is no problem if you reset early, that gold does count towards the souls you'll get)
