this is SO messed up. again, i accidentally double clicked and opened shop, immediately purchasing 'LVL 50 eosphere leggings'! 110 FREAKING rubies! i am LVL 47.
something similar happened a LONG time ago with the 'barbarian shoes' and i never got an answer. so to make the best out of it, i HAD to buy the 'barbarian vambraces' and 'barbarian bottoms'.
but this time i SPENT MY BIRTHDAY MONEY BUYING KREDS to get rubies and I AM NOT going to sit here and lose 110 rubies and say "oh, well. not getting any answer, might as well buy the whole set" NO.
I WANT MY FREAKING RUBIES BACK. this has gotten ridiculous! there is no confirmation option when purchasing and no one seems to care about fixing this problem.
many of cloudstone players are "PAYING CUSTOMERS" and if this is the service that we get, then you'll be left with less and less customers.
