Point and click horror is fun genre and the game is a real visual treat. The environments are well made and everything looks great. The puzzles were simple and fun and the story was engaging enough to get me to read everything.
That said, the game really isn't very scary at all. Too many things break immersion, the worst example of this being when Secret Area! or Bonus Points! flash on the screen. If you're trying to scare people with your game you can't remind them they're playing a game. Having collectables numbered, a running score total, breaks for "chapters", and having a very linear path all break immersion. It 's also bad in the underwater section and you don't have the option of going backwards for air like a sane person only because "the game won't let me".
One more subtle thing that could have helped would be not having the creepy whispers on a timed loop. If it happens over and over in a timed loop, it's not scary, it's part of the background music.
The shooting is.. decent but wow... This game is bad. Your score decreases every second? What kind of sniper game actually DISCOURAGES you from reading the mission briefing? Like the mission briefings even help. Maybe the general concept is hinted at but some levels are just plain convoluted. Especially the one requiring a ricochet shot. It makes NO SENSE. You can aim well enough to not hit the other guy too, unless your bullet is 6 inches in diameter. The music never changes, the plot is half assed and steriotyped and it's nothing but stick figures! UGH.

Same combat as Achillies, right down to enemies hitting you after they're dead and the bosses that can really only be damaged after you die. None of that 'find a move that works for each boss' crap for you. Love how you even tell the player 'careful! if you get different attack moves for the same buttons you won't be able to tell which you'll perform' and then proceed to give the heroes every skill in the game in the last level so combat becomes completely random. what a joke.
This is a pretty good concept for a game, but my god it's terrible as is. There's nearly no way to keep up with the excruciatingly slow point system. Especially when your men can be taken from full health to nothing with one lucky shot even while in a trench.
Well... the game is interesting and something new. But I feel some jumps were a tad unreasonable at times and the electric zappers were... silly. Especially the one where it's timed to zap you if you passed through the first ok. Without any indication of the trap going off, you just have to kind of sit there twiddling your thumbs until it does to be safe. The whole game is terribly slow paced too and with check points it's even slower when you die. It's certainly unique and interesting but the plot is thin, the main character is...eh and the play is slow paced. Plus the controls are hard to get used to.
Does this game seem pretty much impossible to anyone else? Sure you can last for a while but you know eventually the RNG will throw a slew of really dangerous ones at you and you're screwed at that point.
That said, this is flipping addicting.
