Well, I can only assume I've managed to catch a bug in my hotel. My room restrictions don't work. Despite setting them all everyone still goes to whatever room they want. I ended up deleting loads of rooms to try and get my zero ratings, which I now have so many of that my rating is in the negative numbers... still no hipsters. Shame really, would have liked to finish the game. Bugs make me sad :(
