Worst game on kongregate is a very harsh comment. There are completely broken piles of garbage where instead of coding people repeatedly smashed their head on the keyboard to create. This may be a horrible game that isn't fun in any sense of the word, but it works, so it gets a F+. Still failing in every sense of the word, but not the worst. (Advertising slogan for this game "It may be bad, but it ain't the worst!")
I hate how the vague two comments about Fixation have gotten top comments in here, but a couple deep insightful posts connecting the two games have been missed out because of everyone who sees "OMG FIXATION BROUGHT ME HERE" automatically gives it a thumbs up and makes it's rating unbeatable because people would rather click + on a so-so comment, then actually read into the comments and rate them on content and thought the author put into the comment.
It CLEARLY shows the top hat in the last scene.... I don't see how the "this still doesn't explain how he got his awesome top hat." got so many up votes *more faith in humanity has been lost*
I find it horrible that none of the Mardek in the top 5 RPG games on Kongregate, it pains me at the idiots who come to the second and third games and rate them down because they are actually long and actually have a plot you need to play the other games to understand. These games shouldn't be compared to these short little other "games" on Kongregate, they are on a level with system games and honestly better then most of them I've played. It's a pleasure of mine to say we have a genius making free games like this here, but to the shame of being put down by the idiots who aren't willing to actually experience a game like this. Though I do enjoy some of the games on here that I'm done with in an hour, but none of them hold a candle to the Mardek games. These games make me want to turn every stone even if there was no badges on it, which says a lot for me and most other Kongregate users who feel the same. Can't wait to play all the future chapters.
Almost 1000 people went to the vote page and said this game was not educational. PLEASE, for the sake of all people who have ever crapped their pants, go and up vote the educational tag so we can teach all these poor internet people how to keep from soiling themselves.
I absolutely love the game, it was the best game I ever played online, and this one chapter is better then some games I spent 50 dollars on, so the whole series together will be epic.
PARTIAL SPOILER: I really hate the way this ended in a way, it's so sad. The fact that you come along so far learning about the characters and everything and then BAM, it hits you in the face.... all I can say is that we had time, we had plenty of time to defeat that last monster, we easily could have beat it, you could have at least given us a chance....
Am I the only one who got crushed and thrown off the screen and got to see the "fail" along edge of the screen before you go hurdling eternally into space? That was an epic "easter egg"
*facepalm* No offense to this "nifty" game, but the fact that an average game gets over a 4 star rating is a travesty to all the other games that are 10 times better then this sitting with a 3.5 rating....
Since there seems to be no end, a philosophical question would be "What are they determined to do? Win a race where the only end is being the last one to die?"
It would be nice if you could build an unlimited amount of floors after the main game is finished so people could go for high scores.
And a couple questions I've seen, to kill people destroy a room while they were in it, and to get hipsters, you need a few 0 Star ratings, not negative thumbs up, the easiest way to do this is to restrict all the rooms so people aren't allowed in there, and when they can't get a room, they rate you 0 stars and leave.
Assuming you read all your comments. I would very much like the download link for that song. Then, some time down the road, this game deserves a second chance telling more of the story how our villain lost his memory, who did it to him and him getting his revenge.
Another thing I just noticed, assuming siread actually reads all the comments. I was playing blackjack and the dealer is always supposed to stay on 16 or higher, hit on 16, just saying.
This game.... this game it really needs badges, I am playing this game daily for some reason. I think it also needs to have the leagues ranked on how hard they are, like 1-10 with certain off countries without good soccer/football have a poor ranking so you will start there and then like the top English league with the top difficulty.
After reading some of the comments I was finally able to understand how to play the game.... but by the time I have to go to the comments to learn how to play the game, I'm probably so frustrated I'm ready to find another game, this is the case now.
I wanted to add the tag "good music" for the guitar parts, but then I remembered there is a hint of "baby baby baby" in there, which makes it impossible for me to put that tag because of the fact someone may for a spit second thing I'm talking about Justin Bieber.
