for those who experience trouble with ninja: try to hit the ninjas early, they will uncloak near your stash where, of course, you have something to hit them hard with...

day 235 on hardcore and still i use a lvl 39 revolver... good weapons are hard to find...
@dobberman144 - keep the swords 'till you have the full crew with some decent weapons, then use them (one at a time, mind you) you will get a fair amount of experience
