easy way to get some of the X amount of ammo used by X gun medals is going into Warm-Up mode, hold Left Click then Right Click, and the gun will keep firing

Damn i had 48 Sprite Droppings and i thought hmmmmm Maybe the scene selection will help me jump to a different area faster and it reset my Sprite dropping count. oh well
