Just came back and replayed this game for the 3rd time, what a fantastic flash game. This really sets the bar for indy developers in my opinion. There may be defense games that match this mechanically but none that even come close to its originality, storyline, or humor.

An excellent game, I actually shelled out for the full version and it was worth it. At the same time, I felt like the demo was long enough to stand on its own as a playable game

Sweet game! 1 improvement I would like to see is for items that boost stats to do so even when out of combat. For example, if I need 28 strength for Valiance and I have 27 but an item that adds +1 strength, it would be nice to be able to equip that item and use my sword.

If you press 4,5,6,space all in rapid succesion, you can quickly earn infinite money. This is twice as fast as the 123 trick that someone else posted

Not sure if it was my computer or what, but I had some MAJOR issues with responsiveness on the controls. Some times my guy wouldn't respond, and sometimes he'd go in random directions

Two big issues-- 1) The game is way too easy. I played the tutorial level and then jumped all the way to the hardest level and beat it in two tries with very little difficulty (I built too many fortifications and too few troops on the first attempt) 2) Cannons simply are not worth it for their cost. They are cool in theory and I really wish I could have found an excuse to use more of them, but they simply suck compared to walls of t3 infantry, and they are very expensive to upgrade. 4 structures for the base, then 250 for the bastion, then the cost of the cannon. And if you build them early them upgrading makes them almost twice as expensive.

how the f do I disable the cheats???? I have only one freaking challenge left to complete and I turned on a cheat for fun and now it seems I will be F*cked out of my badge..

I beat the game in under an hour and it told me it took me almost 5 hours to finish the game. Something about the in game timer is wayyyy off

The complete lack of music and sound outside of a few weapon effects is downright weird too.. I had to check to make sure my sound was on at first, but really there is just almost no sound in the game.

cool idea but terrible, terrible glitchiness ruins it for me. As for the fact that you have to pay money if you want any real chance at getting the top items (a very common flaw with these kinds of games..)

too complicated and hard to learn for no programers. Which is a shame because I could see how this could be really fun

this game is a frustrating piece of shit... the latest versions are far far far superior
