You should decide if you want to make a puzzle game or a dexterity game where the highest difficulty is the annoying controls.

When will ppl ever learn that there are more keyboard layouts than qwerty. Make customizable key bindings...
The key bindings are customizable. Hit escape during game, or options on the title page, and then select controls.

second time on the final challenge that I fell down after the ladder and fell into the checkpoint and can't even reset the whole map... this really takes out the enjoyment of the game
