The cash is hard to see when displaying things like the Turret damage breakdown when upgrading the turret. Consider moving the Cash to the bottom-left side of the screen.

The "yore monk shield" refers to the symbols on the right side (not lined up directly). The longest word represents Shield (symbol per letter). One of the 4 symbol words that has its 4th letter the same as the longest symbol word's 3rd letter because the 'e' is in both 'shi >>e<< ld' and 'yor >>e<<'. thusly the last being the word 'monk' so you can pull out the 3 letters you are looking for 'k', 'e', and 'y' that make up the word key :D
