Hard badge is super easy. I didn't lose a game every season. I recommend playing with Narrow attack until all your players have max speed then play with Fortress and you don't even have to pass you just gotta juke all the players and eventually one of yours will score. Spend all your money on speed/taking hits when starting and save money for the end of each season so you can buy all the better players.
