Good game, though I really felt like a temporary save feature would not go amiss, as well as a menu of some sort. Also, I feel this game REALLY needs a way to turn off the music without turning off the sounds. The sound cues are very useful, but the music is only a short loop and gets tiresome pretty quickly. Thumbs up if you agree.
This game has the same problem most of them do - upgrades don't come often enough. Seriously, this genre is not much fun unless I can really progress after every go. To buy the first upgrade you have to go at least twice of three times, and then you have to go a few times just to buy another... not fun, because it takes too long to be gripping.
Cool game, but it's to 'the same'-y level to level. Work on the concept and you may have yourself a hit game. Really liked it, but have some issues with it. Some more variety of Armor / Weapons could be alright, especially given that using the Assassin outside a Sniper has no sense.
Ok game, hindered by its unfair difficulty. Stopped caring after the second stage, it's not like the game changes, it only becomes more difficult. Needs work.
Cool game, BUT.
Why can't I play through a specific duel again and have to start over? Why do random enemies insta-kill you, which is pointless?
Good concept, needs work and can be something really great. For now 3/5 is the most I can give, and that's with some credit given.
Wow. The most original zombie game I ever seen. Very, very enjoyable. Some minor stuff could be improved, but generally speaking, this is a VERY good game. Congrats.
Gaah... so boring.
Sorry, not my type of game. I wanted to get the card, but I will have to pass. After 15 minutes I'm bored to tears. Since it's a very personal thing, I won't rate the game though (would have given it a 2/5 which seems unfair).
Cool, but shares a common problem in all these kind of games - one shot earns you too little money (or upgrades are too expensive). If it takes 10+ shots to earn for an upgrade, it just takes away the fun. 3/5.
Good game, but the sound effects are a bit too loud. Also, I just wasn't able to make high jumps at times - didn't have the same problem in Miami Shark. 4/5.
This is a great, enganging game! It does smell a lot like the Wings of War board game, but that's not a bad thing!
Things you could add include upgrades (improving ships and giving them different abilities), different types of ships to command and the possibility of managing your "team" with each mission. But generally speaking, good work! A solid 5.
And here I thought that game design has actually learned something since the late 1980's.
If you want to do a retro game, maybe consider updating the way it works a bit. Don't try to emulate that experience. It's gone, it won't come back - but most of all, games are not supposed to be so frustrating and pointless anymore.
Well, definately not the best tower defence I ever played. Nothing new here, plus it lacks priorities for towers which is a considerate pain in the butt.
Generally speaking, enjoyable enough, I found the difficulty a-ok (I don't like hard games) - even if not particularly innovative, a good game. I liked the graphics as well.
Two serious BUT's:
- no MUTE button and only ONE music track. I mean, seriously? The track is enjoyable, but if I want to watch a YouTube video while playing I have to turn off the game?
- stealing stuff from Tyrian 2000. This is just shameful - a majority of enemies is simply taken out of the game with little to none changes made. As somebody already said, this is intelectual property infrigement. "Borrowing" the lightsaber sound for the lasers doesn't help you much in this regard. Not cool.
Sorry, but a game in which I have to jump x times and STILL not have enough money to buy ANY upgrade sucks in my book.
Fix the costs, so that the players are able to buy an upgrade each jump, or at least each other jump.
No rating for now.
Good game, but a tad repetitive, and FIRST of all - this is NOT an RPG, people! It's a hack&slash! Learn the correct naming of genres already. A game with character development and advancement has RPG elements, but RPG stands for Role-Playing Game. No dialogue, no freedom of choice = not even a little role playing.
