At hard mode or The 100 juggling becomes a vital part of this game. Without it, the bash tower would be totally useless and moreover lots of the complexity of this game would be lost. If you prefer juggle-free games, take a look at Desktop TD Pro (where you have juggle free modes) or Bubble tanks Tower defense, where most levels can be played without it.
Concerning the medium badge:

shows how a beautifull (and fool-proof) maze can be built, which perfects the normal mode without juggling.

You can go to the profiles and check wether or not the person really has an achievement. Hopefully you've got better things to do. Get youself a girlfriend.
