I think this game is pretty good for a first game, I thought it was interesting too. Maybe make it possible to change ship colour? And maybe make the red asteroids (or ship colour asteroid) home in on you? And if they hit you they kill you in one shot? And maybe if you make there be power ups as well. I dont know if you can do this but I feel it would make an even better game :). And badges are always great!

You can change the color of your ship with space or Q/E keys. That's actually the whole point. But thanks for positive feedback.
