If you have problems with overheat, just tap the colour shield. During thicker beams, tap once per normal beam thickness. You can stay at 0 heat even through large beams this way.
Sentries with Fork, Linker and Splash combined with optimizer,slow,amplifier/damage pings is pretty much all you need for every level as you acquire them. 10/10 on each level is relatively simple as well.
Looking back, I wish that more towers were viable and that the reaper/medic/superuser combination + medic loops had been used more. They made things rather interesting.
This game was surprisingly easy. After getting a second set of doomblades, just punching people to death (and using intimidate to start the 3v1 fights) while focusing all my points into agility, strength, brawl and fort/passion was enough to walk over this game. Money had no use; I was floating over 20k by the game's end with nothing to buy. No need for hired help past expert rank either. I didn't bother even using armor with significant downsides; I just wore a heart protector the entire time.
Sonny's battles were much more cerebral, I don't see how this is even a competition between the two.
This is an incredibly bad game. Nevermind the fact that the gameplay itself is ridiculously shallow; even without any points in faster mana regen the game is jokishly easy.
90, 95 and 98% hit chances on single target attacks make no sense.
I can understand a 10% miss chance on an attack like tiger frenzy, shadow wrath or radiance burst, but missing a pilebunker or poison dart is far too often the reason for losing the game.
Sol Master was kind of a joke.
Actually, the entire last area was way easier than i expected it to be after i finished upgrading my skydragons with 20% power.
