Regen is based in total HP, put all attribute points into max HP in 1 character, use another and it will get boosted so you can relocate points again. Make this comment alive so people can use it
I think this is the first time I found a way to beat an expert badge easily.
the 2 llast levels are hard, but try the vertical firing thing. 1 wall + 1 toroid + 2 brain things + another toroid, all of this in the central row and fully upgraded of course.
