Ok, problem solved. It was not a bug. Idk what it was, but i just clicked ''Powe plants'' and then went back and i was fixed :D

My progress is gone, i loaded the game and got all buildings back but only windturbines are unlocked now. What i'm trying to say with my bad english is i can't buy anything else than windturbines. Does someone have a fix, or has anyone else had these kind of problems?

saving doesn't work for me! pls fix.
