Yeah, I completed the game too, no more upgrades, and sadly, selling just isn't fast enough. I've got the 64k items sold achieve, but just don't have the patience to leave it there for days.
They're cheap, and disposable. Don't be afraid to use them. Upgrade your warriors one level, to get access to the archers. Continue farming low level players until you've got your town hall to level 7. Do the daily quests on the signboard. The books you get as a reward save you a lot of grinding for hero exp. Clear the single player Dungeons to unlock torches. You'll need a set amount of those for each level cap increase. They are not consumed, but are not increased by farming the same missions. 2/2
Starter Guide:
You will start with a large chunk of mana, gold, and gems. Spend those upgrading your town hall and storages. Use your gems to finish instantly, at the rate of 1 gem/5 minutes. Gems come easily, log in every day. You'll get 20-100 gems just for the dailys. After a few upgrades, you'll be low on resources. Go raiding, ignore the shield. Trust me on this. Your might is still low enough that you'll get access to all the people who have just started, and haven't built any defenses. Make sure you build your army camps. Those army camps are defensive and offensive in nature. Anything in your army camp will protect your base, and you use those same units during your raids. 1/2
I'm not terribly impressed that the auto piloting system thought a good path to a bandit would be to smash a hole through a station, by bashing my ship repeatedly against it, damaging my hull.
One HUGE tip for everyone playing. Your resources (Herbs, iron etc) regenerate when you're in the menus, so just click one of your workers, get to the menu where you can pick what you want to build, and do nothing. Your resources will regen.
Have to say, this is a huge improvement from the last game. I remember getting 20 minutes in and being unable to play anymore without paying real money. I'm now about 4 hours in, and haven't been prompted or even told that there are real money options. 5 stars, this is very enjoyable. Great graphics, engaging game play, grammatically correct english, and no bugs so far.
